Overview:

ATRx ProxTime is convenient and easy to use — your employees simply wave their badges near the terminal to clock in or out. (If they forget or misplace their badges, they can also clock in and out using the terminal keypad.)

Since the system doesn't require polling, it even features a real-time in/out board, so you can see at a glance who's in the office and who's out!
Easy and affordable, the basic ATRx ProxTime package includes everything you need to get started: a single-PC, 50-employee edition of the Attendance Rx time and attendance software, an ATRx10 primary terminal with communications cable and a starter pack of 15 proximity badges. Employees simply punch in and out using the included badges and terminal or on a designated PC.

For greater flexibility, you can choose ATRx ProxTime Network, with either a 50 or 100 employee capacity, featuring the powerful Attendance Rx Network software. Supervisors can review, edit and approve punches from their own networked PCs!
With either the single-PC or the Network edition, you can attach up to eight terminals. Each system must contain at least one ATRx10 primary terminal, which can be placed up to 50 feet away from the PC, and some combination of additional ATRx10 primary terminals and/or ATRx20 secondary terminals.

Features:

• ATRx ProxTime: 50-employee capacity. Administer the system from a designated PC; employees clock in and out using that PC or proximity terminal(s). The system can accomodate multiple proximity terminals.
• ATRx ProxTime Network: 50-employee capacity. Runs on a server and networked PCs. Supervisors can view, edit and approve punches from the networked PCs on their own desks. Employees can clock in and out from their own networked PCs or using a proximity terminal.
• ATRx ProxTime Network 100: the same features as ATRx ProxTime Network, but with a 100-employee capacity.
• The ATRx ProxTime terminal allows employees to clock in and out with a simple and quick wave of their badge. The terminal also allows clocking in and out using the keypad in the event an employee forgets his/her badge.
• Up to eight primary and secondary terminals can be connected to the system. You can place terminals where they're convenient for your employees to use.
• The ATRx ProxTime terminal is a real time terminal; no polling is necessary. The administrator(s) can always see up-to-the minute information using the Attendance Rx software.
• Additional badges and terminals are readily available. Expand your system at any time as your business needs dictate.
• One year warranty on terminal. ATRx ProxTime proximity terminals require 120VAC, 60Hz.
